We are really excited to announce that Updatey version 2 is now live! With Updatey version 2, you'll see improved performance, design changes, and most excitingly, the Workspace and a new Dashboard.
The Workspace brings with it all the most important and useful elements you'll need to manage your projects in Updatey. You can now easily see all the necessary information about each milestone at a glance, including the due date, budget, and files associated with each.
Each milestone can be filled with tasks and sub-tasks so you stay on top of even the smallest of elements for your project. And to keep your project and team working as smoothly as possible, you can assign tasks to your team members and give each a deadline.
The new Dashboard now gives you an overview of the milestones that are coming up as well as a detailed view of the tasks you created and the tasks assigned to you.
This is the perfect screen for focusing on getting your own tasks done as you can easily mark them as done as you go or even re-assign them to other team members if you need to delegate. You can also keep an eye on any tasks that you've created and assigned to team members so managing your team made even easier.
Along with these new features come two new pricing plans to make everything simpler:
Updatey Light: For just $3 per project per month, you get access to the Updatey Timeline and Activity Feed. This is perfect for visualizing your projects
You can also use Updatey to manage your projects or you can import and sync your data with an external service like Redbooth, Pivotal Tracker, Basecamp, or Trello, and use Updatey's beautiful Timeline to show off your hard work.
Updatey Pro: At just $12 per user per month, Updatey Pro is a full project management tool that will help you stay on top of your project whether you're a small or big team. With Updatey Pro, you get access to the Timeline and Activity Feed, as well as the new Workspace and Dashboard.
It's also easy to import your projects from another service such as Redbooth, Pivotal Tracker, Basecamp, or Trello, so that you can get straight to managing your projects in Updatey, without worrying about importing everything by hand.
So what's next? Well, we're busy working on the Client Report so that we can help you keep your clients in the loop with their projects. We'll also be working on the Global Dashboard, which will help you manage multiple projects at once while staying in control.
We also have work to do on our Updatey Notifications and Team Management, something we're really excited to ship to make your work easier!
